Ian enjoys helping everyone, from his office staff, to the agents, and consumers, by finding unique ways to solve their problems and help them all reach their goals.
From brand new agents to seasoned professionals, Ian offers individualized guidance and coaching to help them grow their business, reaching new levels of success and customer service. “Helping agents achieve the vision they have for their business is my top priority,” Ian says. ”When agents have success it is more thrilling to me than my own accomplishments.”
Some of Ian’s many accolades consist of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute), and CRB (Certified Residential Broker). Aside from Ian’s vast list of accolades, Ian is also a voracious reader and frequently attends professional development seminars. He is always sure to stay on top of the latest industry technology, trends, and projections. Ian has been interviewed for Real Estate Articles, appearing in The Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Real Estate Journal, and Chicago Magazine. He has also authored a couple of articles appearing in Sell New Homes and Luxury Marketing Magazines.
Ian’s past education and experience in the fine arts allows him to bring a creative perspective to the position.
